You may request a full refund for Agentych Pro within 14 days of purchase.

How to request one

Reply to your Stripe or Link receipt, or email support@agentych.com with the order number. Do not send your full license key.

After a refund

The Pro entitlement and associated Remote pairings are revoked. The free desktop features remain available.

Statutory rights

This policy does not reduce consumer rights that apply in your country.
